Last week I fell down the stairs in our house and sprained my foot. Praise God I did not hurt my ankle, just underneath it. Been wearing an ACE bandage and a boot. It is feeling much better, but still need to take things easy. I am not very good at that, which I am sure I inherited that trait from my Grandfather.

i am just catching up on your blog and i'm so sorry to see that foot ugh!! May God touch it! Keep it elevated and ice as needed. Take some anti inflammatories if you can with your tummy. sending hugs!!
Do you have a laptop? You need to elevate your foot and get your favorite beverage and then get on your laptop and look at Pinterest. Time will fly by before you know it!
